What are its characteristics?

Financing that can cover up to 100% of the estimated cost of the work, within the limit of 400,000 DA;

What are the guarantees?

 Sérénité loan is a renovation loan without real guarantee .

The required guarantees are:

This is a loan provided by CNEP-Banque to buyers of assisted promotional housing, abbreviated as “LPA”, under the framework of off-plan sales “VSP”.

– Any individual.

– Of Algerian nationality.

– Eligible for Aided Promotional Housing (LPA).

– Aged between 19 and 70 years.

– Resident in Algeria or abroad.

– Having a regular income equal to or greater than 30,000 DZD.

 

What are its advantages?

– Eligible borrowers can obtain an off-plane house “V.S.P” loan at a subsidized interest rate of 1% per year if their monthly income is equal to or greater than 1 times the National Guaranteed Minimum Wage (S.N.M.G) and less than or equal to 6 times the (S.N.M.G).

– This loan covers the difference between the housing price and the amount of State aid, as well as the initial contribution.

– In cases where the granted loan does not cover the difference between the housing price, State aid, and the initial contribution, the borrower must provide additional personal contribution to cover the difference.

Purchase of Free Promotional Housing (LPL)
